MEDIA RECOMMENDATIONS

Here's a list of media that I HIGHLY recommend you experience. Reviews range from 'this is really damn good' to 'this shit changed my brain chemistry.'

1. Disco Elysium

It's a fucking masterpiece. I don't say this lightly. Disco Elysium takes on the impossible job of sincerely waxing philosophical about the postmodern condition of sociopolitical thought, and knocks it out of the fucking park. The game leaves you stunned with how much it can say about so many relatable topics: personal failures, community infighting, competing ideologies, grief and loss. This is one of those once-in-a-lifetime games that you come across during a precarious period of your life, and widen your perspectives about the world for the better.

I know that's not a real rating but by god, it's the pinnacle of...of something. Of all video games, maybe.

2. Deltarune

I think when the rest of it comes out I'll give it that last point it deserves.

3. Night in the Woods
